SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS AND LEGAL GUARDIANS
We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, or retain any personal information from Visitors to the website "loverunningmore.ca" who are under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence for any purpose whatsoever (including internal or external marketing purposes).
Children under 13 are prohibited from registering on the Service. We will delete any records of personal information related to a child under the age of 13 that come to our attention. Minors over the age of 13 but under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence ("Junior Members") may only register on the Service with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian. The provision of personal information by Junior Members must be under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If it comes to your attention that your minor, who is under the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence but over the age of 13, has provided personal information to us without your supervision and/or permission, please notify us so that we may delete the information from our records and discontinue any related features or services. If you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or retention of your minor’s personal information, you may chose to withdraw this consent and cancel your minor’s membership at any time (see the "Opt-Out" section below). Upon such cancellation, all of your minor’s personal information will be deleted from the records of New Balance Canada.
As stated above, New Balance Canada's policy prohibits children under the age of 13 from registering on the Service. To ensure that no personal information of a child is improperly disclosed, we recommend that parents supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help to create a kid-friendly online environment.
